We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Lettings team, who has the drive and passion to help us continue growing our busy fast pace office.

We are a highly pro-active agency, on the phone calling potential tenants and landlords. To promote our service's and generate new viewings and listings.

The hours, to be agreed are between 35- 40 per week, working Monday to Friday and this role includes working every other Saturday 9-1pm with time off in lieu.

Duties will include:

- Managing a database of qualified tenants.
- Handling incoming calls and qualifying applicants to company standards
- Participating in a morning meeting with the office team
- Arranging property viewings
- Booking valuations for landlords
- Doing accompanied viewings with tenants
- Carrying out property inspections and inventories

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
