**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a support worker role preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities**:
- Providing personalized support to individuals with diverse needs, including those with physical or intellectual disabilities, mental health conditions, or elderly individuals
- Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks
- Supporting individuals to engage in social and recreational activities, promoting community inclusion and independence
- Building trusting relationships with service users and their families, advocating for their rights and preferences
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of support provided, adhering to organisational policies and procedures
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including health care professionals, social workers, and community agencies, to ensure holistic care and support
