- YOUR ROLEAs a preferred outsourcing partner our team at Kegworth are responsible for a fully integrated, transformational, 3PL fulfilment operation within a purpose-built facility near East Midlands Gateway, increasing our ecommerce offering within CEVA.- This fast-paced environment embraces automation and operational best practices. It will provide essential Logistics services such as inbound & outbound customer fulfilment and value-added services, as well as utilising an approved network of transport providers.We have an exciting opportunity for experienced and highly focused WMS/IT Key User to join our new operation to provide, manage and develop the Warehouse Management System onsite and be on hand to provide first hand support to the operation.- WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?As a WMS/IT Key User you will be responsible for developing, updating and maintaining WMS systems and processes, and take responsibility for the delivery of information across the operation, ensuring data integrity is maintained whilst also assisting with root cause analysis, error containment and proactively providing workable solutions to reduce any process failures.- You will be the custodian of system integrity for the Warehouse Management System, investigating and resolving any issues whilst also scrutinizing weekly reconciliation reports to identify and communicate the root causes, examine system issues and queries highlighting any that may require development, and perform test scenarios on new developments to replicate live operations.- You will also provide training and support to any users of the WMS and develop a close working relationship with the wider business to achieve optimum capacity and productivity.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?-
- It goes without saying that for this role you’ll need to be IT literate and ideally have advanced knowledge in Excel with the ability to perform formulae, VBA, and pivot tables.You will enjoy working in a fast paced and busy team environment, you will be highly organised and able to prioritise you own workload; possess a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.This role would be suited to someone who has worked as a WMS Super User, WMS Key User, Inventory Controller, Stock Controller, WMS Specialist, Warehouse Systems Specialist, Flow Room Technician, or an individual who is a competent user of WMS.WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?- With a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
