Pertemps are supporting our client based in Seafield, Edinburgh on their search to add a Yard Operative / FLT to join their deport on a temp to perm basis.
We are currently looking to source an Operative to ensure that the receiving, storage, picking and loading of stock is efficient and timely managed.
For this role you must hold a valid Forklift training certificate recognised by the following accredited bodies: AITT, ALLMI, CITB, CPCS, ITSSAR, NPORS or RTIRB
The Role
As an Operative, you will be required to assist with deliveries, un-loading and loading of vehicles at the branch. We are looking for someone who will maintain a clean and safe working environment and who will be an asset to the day to day goings within thedepot.
The successful applicant will require:
" Hold a Forklift Licence (essential)
" Experience in manual handling
" To be a great team player
" Good knowledge of safe working practices
" Hold a Forklift Licence as stated above (essential)
