As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

**The Role**
- Responsible for looking after a team of cleaners. You will be their first point of contact on a day-to-day basis
- Build solid working relationships with our cleaning staff to ensure they understand what is expected of them
- Ensure all necessary processes and procedures are in place and adhered to
- Manage attendance of staff
- Recruit, induct, train, and motivate staff to achieve required standards of performance
- Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
- Provide a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, vacuuming/wet and dry mopping
- Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly
- Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards
- Report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your manager
