Currently, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Industrial Painter to join our team on a permanent day shift, Monday to Friday.

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and clean surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and degreasing, to ensure optimal paint adhesion and flawless results.
- Operate and maintain industrial painting equipment, following safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Mix and match paint colors according to specifications and customer requirements, demonstrating an eye for detail and precision.
- Conduct quality inspections of painted components to identify any defects or imperfections, rectifying them promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of painting projects.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter in an industrial setting.
- Strong eye for detail, ensuring a meticulous approach to painting and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications accurately.
- Proactivity and a self-driven attitude towards tasks and problem-solving.
- Reliable and punctual, demonstrating dedication to meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Flexibility to work permanent day shifts, Monday to Friday.
