IT Support Analyst. My client based in Birmingham (Snow Hill), West Midlands are looking for an IT Support Analyst. This role is to provide a full helpdesk and IT support service to all staff. **Please note this role is 100% office based and offers no WFH.**

You must have 1 to 2 years recent experience in an IT Helpdesk / IT Support role, with an awareness of networking, familiar with workings of laptops, PC hardware, printers and scanners as well of awareness of meeting room setups including AV systems.

This includes:

- Monitor, log and report tasks, taking action on known or moderately complex problems and advising the supervisor when specialist attention is required.
- Assist in office with the set-up of meeting room AV / presentation systems
- Assist with asset management, including the unpacking of equipment, disposal of packaging, secure data destruction and generally keeping the IT areas clear and tidy.

The role additionally requires someone who:

- Self-managed and confident in setting and prioritising their own work agenda.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
