**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver a market leading, premium customer experience, developing well thought out, organised, and sustainable growth plans aligned to the Global and Local Strategy.
- You will be a hands-on Sales Manager, preferably with a background in leadership roles across the Electrical Retail and Contract markets.
- Experienced in leading a team, you will have an analytical and detailed approach to data, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships across all functions and levels.
- Developing and growing your team through coaching and mentoring will be a key part of the role, as will finding and maximising new opportunities as they arise.
- Confident communicator
- Ensures appropriate stakeholder management approaches are undertaken
- Instigate cross-functional collaboration, including global supporting functions, to deliver to the needs of key accounts.
- Deeply understands key account business and environmental influences; focusing on great results and simple processes
- Build strong relationships cross-functionally to support sales growth
- Ability to develop and implement effective customer relationship management strategies.
- Thorough understanding of the customer, uses insight to enhance customer experience
- Expert understanding of the levers required to deliver profitable growth of key accounts and deliver a world-class end to end customer experience
- Commercial and legal understanding relating to regulations and legislation's, including trade practices
- Utilises specialist knowledge to deliver high quality solutions
- Flexible to support a variety of people and just get stuck in when needed
