**About the Production Planner job**

This is a new position that has recently been created due to the ongoing success of the business.

As a key part of the production planning team, you will be accountable for processing customer orders into production orders, associated MRP and scheduling to meet desired delivery dates

**Key tasks**
- Adding production orders to the planning system as sales orders are received.
- Working with key customer forecast data to raise production orders to suit demand.
- Driving factory performance through smart planning.
- Scheduling by capacity, date, and allergens.
- Checking raw material availability MRP.
- Print picking and production order paperwork for the warehouse and factory.
- Scheduling packing lines as required.

**About You**
- Previous production planning or similar supply chain experience in food manufacturing.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written and able to establish productive relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Great problem-solving skills and a target driven mindset.

The Production Planner job is based in Sevenoaks and is paying £32,000 according to your experience.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (early finishes of 4.30pm if you've finished for the day are encouraged).
