**Cover Supervisor - Worcester - Long Term**

Starting 27th February 2023 until Easter (potentially until July)

£90 - £110 per day

Their staff team are skilled, happy, welcoming and hugely dedicated to improving theexperiences and life chances of all students.

The Headteacher is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Cover Supervisor to actively support and motivate students and deliver lesson content during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
- Do you have previous cover supervising experience or a background of working with children? Would you like to develop this by working in a long term role?
- Are you a graduate interested in a rewarding career in teaching? Considering teacher training but would like to gain some paid practical experience?

**For this Cover Supervisor - Worcester - Long Term position, you will have**:

- Grade 'C' or above in both English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
- Experience of working with young people, preferably within a secondary school or educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to use own initiative as well as working within a team
- The ability to organise and prioritise workload - be proactive and flexible
- An excellent command of the classroom and the skills to maintain positive behaviour
