- **Job Purpose of a Graduate Advisor**_
- To be able to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Efficient in time management and demonstrate effective planning and organising skills to ensure all tasks are completed in time.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and motivate others to develop/grow industry-specific knowledge and skills.
- Managing employer expectations and effective control in the recruitment journey.
- Provide a sense of authority to the customers and enable them to feel more confident & strengthened.
- **Key Responsibilities of a Graduate Advisor**_
- Assess the needs and barriers of participants through SMART action plans and needs assessment.
- Source participants from contract award areas via outreach locations.
- Support participants in training and employment.
- Work within Jobcentres and local authorities and a range of community associations.
- Track and record customer outcomes and activities on the CRM system.
- Assist customers to become job ready by coaching and providing employer-led advice and guidance.
- Work to targets and deadlines as set out by contract profiles.
- Provide ongoing support to participants post recruitment (in work support).
- Signpost participants to various organisations to assist with Health, drug and alcohol, housing, and finance advice.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy with all aspects of service delivery.
- Create awareness amongst the employers about our company's vision of equal opportunities and values.
- Provide customers with quality constructive feedback that allows them to improve and prepare for the dynamic work environment.
- Provide support to the stakeholders to sustain employment through good practice and overcome any foreseen barriers.
- **Key Skills Required for a Graduate Advisor**_
- Must have strong communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills
- Must be resourceful and innovative with a positive outlook
- Must be target driven and confident to work in a target-driven environment
- Must be a team player and supportive of colleagues
- Must be empathetic to vulnerable and at-risk adults and have a strong desire to help
- Must be willing to travel for work in and around Greater London
- Be able to demonstrate previous experience in a target-driven environment.
- Computer, data entry and MS Office skills

- Should be enthusiastic about the employability sector by creating and providing opportunities for the participants. Should be considerate and have a strong desire to help. He/she should be empathetic towards the vulnerable and be resourceful and innovative with a positive outlook.
