**This is a bit more details on what we see you doing in this role**:

- To serve customers who use the shop/café
- Take product orders from customers, process orders and payment
- Set up the counter/café/fridges/window displays etc
- Carry out cleaning tasks throughout the day where required
- Set up the café in an aesthetically pleasing manor
- Ensuring that tools, utensils and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitised
- Complete daily temperature checks and other internal paper work as required.
