My client, a national social housing provider, require an experienced HR Advisor to start an ongoing temp booking asap.

The role:
To provide advice on all HR related matters, manage the outsourced payroll function, provide learning and development opportunities and drive organisational development through working closely with the business and learning from delivery. The Advisor roleis a pivotal role within our structure. You are the main point of contact for managers within a business areaand will support and advise them on a broad range of matters including a all Employee Relations cases. You will be required to coach our managersto help them inspire their teams and achieve optimal performance.
- Working with Property Services managers on a range of ER cases.
- This is a demanding team who generate a range of queries, and need to be actively coached to become more self sufficient
- Need someone who can hit the ground running in managing ER cases - absence, disciplinary, grievance etc.
- The people in the Directorate include many admin staff, and also a number of operatives who work remotely.
- Ability to use HR data base (Resourcelink) to check data. Run reports from Power BI to provide to managers on a regular basis
- We have a new HR Operations team (who manage payroll queries, onboarding) but would expect this person to work proactively with this team to resolve issues - need to be strong team player and someone who engages in resolving problems
- Need to comfortable with change
