**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FINANCE ASSISTANT AT AC BY MARRIOTT HOTEL GLASGOW**
- What you'll be doing..._

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Completing daily revenue analysis and reporting to the wider team.
- Completing daily audit of the business inline to company standards.
- Balancing of credit cards and payments.
- Completing purchase ledger via our Procurement system all within the monthend deadlines.
- Verifying all credit card refunds and backup.
- Reconcile FB till systems and maintain reporting information.
- Assist with team with month end process.
- Adhoc finance duties including reconciliation of petty cash.

To succeed in the role of Finance Assistant, you will need the following qualities and skills.
- Timeliness and accuracy in recording and reporting.
- High degree in numerical literacy with attention to details.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow closely processes and procedures.
- Hotel operations experience within a similar role_(preferred)._
- Knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs.
