Job Introduction
**We are recruiting a Floor Host to be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's office in Fenchurch Street.** You will be part of a large and diverse team that supports our client: a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

This role is 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday, the core service hours of Customer Services are 07.00 - 20.00 / Flexible, based on client needs.

Main Responsibilities
- To provide an exceptional welcome to customers to the building.
- To ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operation on the floor
- To improve customer engagement in all areas
- To ensure all equipment/technology is in working order and report when required
- To ensure a safe working environment for all floor occupants
- Maintaining high standards so that customer’s expectations are consistently exceeded
- Check that all meeting rooms are set up correctly according to the agreed specification

The role is based at Fenchurch Street, your main responsibilities are to work seamlessly with different departments to create memorable arrival experiences for our clients and their guests. Time management is an integral part of this role. The ability to take ownership is key to success and fantastic communication is essential.
