Stanton House is partnering with a PE Backed Services business to recruit their next CFO. The business, with revenues of £40m needs to appoint a Finance Exec to support with buy and build activities, lead on an ERP transformation (Sage Intact), and deliver a significant exit in late 2025. The business has grown its revenue from £15m to £40m in 15 months and has ambitions to reach £150m by the end of 2025 through acquisition.

Work directly with the CEO & Investors, as the CFO, you will be responsible for the following:

- Manage a finance team and drive high performance (four direct reports)
- Deliver the finance transformation programme (Sage Intact)
- Lead on the buy & build strategy and integrate newly acquired businesses into the group (currently buying businesses on a monthly basis)
- Lead on the exit process which will likely complete towards the end of 2025

To be suitable for this role, you must have the following:

- Qualified accountant with excellent academics
- Previously operated as PE CFO.
- Delivered a PE exit previously as the CFO - Essential.
- Strong buy-side M&A experience with a track record of buying and integrating assets
- Available within a month

This is a hybrid working arrangement, the client is London based.

Day rate - Circa £1300pd (potential for flex on this). Salary Circa £150-£200k (D.O.E) plus equity.
