Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Liversedge on the outskirts of Heckmondwike, the company is a large, successful and busy manufacturing business.

We are looking for a sales administrator on a full time permanent basis to join the team due to organic growth, the hours of work will be Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

There is also an annual performance treated bonus rewarded

The client does ask that no long holidays of 1-2 weeks to be taken during July/August due to the need for the cover so any prebooked holidays will not be honoured

The role is to support the sales admin team with all aspects of the role
- Liaising with 3rd party couriers & Hauliers
- Dealing with any incoming queries and orders
- Processing, placing and amending orders
- Customer Services, sales administration
- Liaising with various internal departments
- Sending and responding to quotes
- Chasing deliveries
- Administration
- Data Entry

In order to be successful within the role you need strong IT skills including Excel and WORD, and a confident communicator, with excellent customer service skills
