Groundworks Gang

RMF are currently recruiting for drainage gangs in Oswestry for a long term, clean water project.

Gang to consist of;
- Ganger
- x2 Piplayers

Must Have;
- EUSR
- Dumper
- Slinger

Groundworker

Overview:
Join our team as a Groundworker and play a vital role in our construction projects. As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to groundwork, ensuring the successful completion of projects.

**Duties**:

- Excavate and prepare construction sites by digging trenches, laying foundations, and installing drainage systems
- Lay kerbs, flagstones, and paving to create pathways and driveways
- Operate machinery such as excavators, dump trucks, and compactors to assist in groundworks
- Backfill holes and ensure proper compaction of soil
- Assist in the installation of utilities like water and sewer lines
- Collaborate with team members including site managers and other tradespeople to achieve project goals

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Groundworker or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of groundworks techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and plans
- Physical fitness to handle manual labor and operate heavy machinery
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Pay: £23.00-£26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
