About Us: Medsafe EMS is an Independent Ambulance Company, Training and Staffing Solutions Company based in Taunton. We are actively recruiting Door Supervisors to join our Staffing Solutions department.

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Door Supervisor to join our team. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. Your role will involve monitoring activities, preventing unauthorized access, and responding to incidents as necessary.

**Duties**:

- Monitor the entrance and exit points of the premises to prevent unauthorized access
- Check identification and verify the age of individuals entering the premises
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential troublemakers or disruptive behavior
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies that may arise
- Handle difficult situations or conflicts in a calm and professional manner
- Collaborate with other security personnel and staff members to maintain a cohesive team environment
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries or concerns

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- First aid certification is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, CCTV, and other security equipment is advantageous

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £14.00-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week
