**The Vacancy**

**Are you an experienced joiner who has some multi-skill ability and can work with a number of different teams? Are you someone who takes pride in delivering quality work and providing excellent customer services?**

Our Property Maintenance team is expanding and we have an exciting new opportunity to join the team in Wythenshawe.

We are looking for a talented individual who has the experience and technical knowledge for this busy role and who will be able to work well as part of our extensive property team to deliver the best possible service to our residents.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Joiner to join WCHG. You will work with the team to provide a high quality multi-skilled Joinery maintenance repairs and replacement service.

**What you will be doing in this role**:

- Carry out all types of planned, responsive and new installation joinery works as required in both empty and occupied homes.
- Providing technical expertise within the joinery area
- Working alongside other trades people, providing support and training as necessary where apprentices are used
- Liaising with customers when arranging and carrying out work
- Driving and being responsible for a company vehicle when required
- Using and being responsible for a company mobile phone and PDA

**Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence is required.**
