Liverpool Women's Hospital NHS Trust is looking for motivated and enthusiastic midwives to join our Maternity Services Team. This is an exciting time to join the trust as we work with the recommendations from the Better Births report and developing our Continuity of Carer teams.

The role will require midwives who have the passion to provide kind, safe and personalised midwifery care, acting as an advocate for women and their families, whose first language is not English, throughout their pregnancy and postnatal journey.

The role is currently based within community services.

As a Band 6 Midwife at LWH you will work as part of a team as an autonomous practitioner, providing holistic midwifery and public health care and education to women and their families in a range of settings in the community services across the city, and here at the Liverpool Womens Hospital.

You will provide expert care during the antenatal and postnatal period to a specified caseload. You will be required to work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies as part of a multidisciplinary /multi-agency team delivering safe personalised care to promote positive experience of pregnancies and birth.
