Experience of various sectors to include: Heritage, listed buildings, art museums, resi (high rise) ideally from a grounds & civils backround.

Construction Qualifications a must. Structure& engineering background desirable.

About the Role

Are you an ambitious and dedicated Principal Designer looking to further your career in the construction industry? Our specialist Principal Designer & CDM team are currently recruiting for a Principal Designer with experience in working across multiple sectors on projects of varying size, complexity and value.

This role will provide the opportunity for an experienced Principal Designer to help service a growing number of small to medium sized projects as well as provide support on more major schemes. Duties in the position will include acting as CDM Principal Designer, Client CDM Advisor and undertaking site safety inspections across a number of significant large and small scale schemes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to grow their career and stretch their technical and personal development.

Please note that this is a wholly office based role.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
