**About the role**

I am looking for a talented Formulation Chemist with experience of leading a team to work on the development of biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical products in a cGMP environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Carrying out quantitative measurement of compounds in various formulations to support product development, stability testing and batch certification.
- Carry out the manufacturing of Medicinal Products for clinical trials
- Plan and carry out work to complete projects successfully
- Document and report activities and results, whilst meeting standards of quality and compliance
- Act as a mentor and technical specialist for your team

**Desired qualifications, skills, experience and qualities**
- Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent
- Ideally 5+ years of industry experience
- Expert understanding of GMP protocols and formulation development
- Ideally previous experience of working in a cGMP Laboratory
- Analytical chemistry knowledge with experience in HPLC and experience of testing pharmaceutical products preferred
- Good IT literacy skills
- Be self-motivated and demonstrate resilience
- Be organised with attention to detail
- Above all, be honest with the ability to provide great customer service
