**Website Performance Specialist**

You will be working alongside within our Product Onboarding journey as part of the operations department.

**What a typical week looks like**

You will be running website performance reports on our new customers websites prior to their Click
Dealer web product being activated to help us understand the current performance, then running a comparison report after their new website has gone live to track performance.

You will also assist with the product onboarding process maintaining the business’ agile approach being flexible and covering for other tasks during the project management process.

**About you**
- Excellent organisation skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and a sizeable workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to effectively articulate customer requirements and communicate those in a clearly in a written format
- Confident communication skills and adept in advising/educating customers and objection handling
- Up for a challenge
- Website or basic level coding would be great but is not essential.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry (beneficial)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (beneficial)

- **The team**: Web Onboarding Team - Operations department
- **Our office**: Winton House, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 2RW - close to bus and rail links. Whilst we can support working from home if you wish, you would need to be comfortable commuting into the office when needed.
- **Contract type**: Permanent, 35 hours per week
- **Salary**: Competitive commensurate with experience
