We’re looking for a Call Handling Advisor to work within our Ministry of Justice and Home Office Contract Administration team. Within this role, you can enjoy exposure to exciting projects, a Rewards and Benefits package, progressions opportunities and even more.

**Location**:Basingstoke, office based role

**Contract**:Full time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, various shifts between 8am and 6pm

**Responsibilities**

As a Call Handling Advisor you will support the operational and office-based teams working on our Ministry of Justice and Home Office contracts

Your day to day will include:

- Communicating effectively with customers both internally and externally for the capture, recording and distribution of service calls onto the CAFAM system
- Raising new work orders for Contract Manager and reactive work orders for Kier engineers
- Monitoring the MOJ and Home office inboxes
- Achieving individual performance targets and supporting the team/department in achieving broader performance goals

**Who are we looking for?**

This role of Call Handling Advisor is great for you if:

- Have experience working within an administration/helpdesk environment
- Demonstratable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
- Excellent telephone manner with accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
