Depot Supervisor

As a Depot Supervisor, you will effectively manage the depot team, ensuring product quality, compliance, productivity, workload allocation and cost-controls. You will coordinate and control the safe delivery and collection of all plant, commercial vehicles and operating staff (including lighting contracts) in conjunction with the day to day running of the depot.

We are looking for experience of managing a team/colleagues and ensuring that all deadlines/timescales are being maintained. You will interface with the Hire Desks, other depots, re-hire suppliers and colleagues, the ability to communicate and achieve results will be key. Experience of managing assets and the ability to ensure the depot holds appropriate levels of well-maintained plant and tools to enable the depot to effectively meet customer demands.

**Skills & experience required
- Knowledge of the Railway Infrastructure/area/rail plant preferable
- Holder of Personal Track Safety Certificate
- Holder of London Underground Access (LUCAS) Competence
- I.T Skills
