Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the home
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document management
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
