In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team in the development and maintenance of client relationships, generating new instructions, identifying potential sales opportunities, assisting clients with both acquisitions and disposals and providingother services where applicable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the team in the sale of all our new instructions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, agents and property contacts.
- Must have the ability to generate new instructions.
- Carrying out property and development appraisals.
- Assisting the team with producing property particulars and marketing material.
- Managing your own sales progression through to legal completion.
- Providing clients with excellent service and regular communication.
- Participating in industry events and networking opportunities.
- Helping to improve company processes and to grow the business.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years’ industry experience is ideal.
- Ability to bring your own property network is advantageous but not essential.
- Must be hardworking, driven, resilient and able to cope under pressure.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain relationships and network effectively.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must have a full UK driving licence.
