**Duties to include but not limited to**:

- To load & unload your vehicle with company products and equipment, in line with BASIS regulations (for storage/distribution of pesticide products).
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders, utilising the most efficient routes.
- Assist in the unloading and movement of stock within the depot.
- Safely operating a Counter Balance Fork Lift Truck.
- Administration duties such as maintaining vehicle records, tachograph charts, order and delivery documentation.
- Supporting customers with enquiries, ensuring the customer experience and professionalism at all times, whether over the phone or face to face.

**What we are looking for**:

- Sound knowledge of product storage solutions, and agrochemicals.
- Customer centric approach with excellent communication skills.
- Fire Safety & Environmental Awareness.
- Warehouse & stock management experience, including IT system usage.
- ADR qualification.
- CPC licence & Digital Tacho Card.
- BASIS Storekeeper qualification.
- Fork lift truck licence (Counterbalance).
- Driving licence
