We are looking to recruit two Care Navigators to the newly developed Autism and Learning Disabilities Liaison Team within CAMHS Oxfordshire.
We have a very exciting opportunity and are looking to appoint one of the first Care Navigators working with 18-25 year old's in the newly developed Autism & Learning Disability Liaison Team for CAMHS Oxford.
We are looking for a dynamic, innovative professional who will work collaboratively with key multi-agency partners, children/young people (CYP) and their families.
This role will be particularly attractive for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with other agencies to make sure we 'get it right' for children, young people and their families.
