**Title**: Graduate Surveyor

**Location**: Harrogate, North Yorkshire

**Schedule**: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)

**Salary**: £26-28,000 per annum

**The Role**:
As a Graduate Surveyor, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for:

- Assisting with project management of developments.
- Sourcing new property and land opportunities.
- Performing various office administrative duties.
- Collaborating with team members to support ongoing projects.
- Conducting research and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Holds a degree in Real Estate or a related field.
- Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Is detail-oriented and has the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Is proficient in standard office software and tools.
