Love Brownies is an Award Winning Chocolate Brownie business based in Yorkshire with cafes and shops opening across the UK. We have an exciting new opportunity for a capable and hardworking Cafe Assistant to join the team at our café and shop in Swindon.

The role will involve working front of house to delight customers - Love Brownies is about making people smile. As General Assistant you will provide support in all areas including serving customers, clearing tables, making coffee and the kitchen staff to provide breakfast and lunches and of course, make sure that our irresistible brownies take centre stage. We are looking for someone who is barista trained although not essential, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. Full training will be provided.

**Shift Available**:
Sunday 11am-3pm

Tuesday 12pm-5pm

**General responsibilities**
- To assist in the Front of House and kitchen service
- Ensure that an exceptionally high standard of customer service is delivered at all times - taking opportunities to go the extra mile to make customers smile
- Ensure a clean and tidy environment at all times
- Deal with and resolve complaints to the satisfaction of the customer and the management team
- Be a pro-active member of the team

**Experience & skills**
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- A food hygiene certificate would be preferable but not essential
- Be well organised and motivated and have a real passion for customer service
- Must work well under pressure with the ability to multi-task
- Be trustworthy and have a flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn
- **Be willing to go that extra mile**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 4-10 per week

**Salary**: £5.00-£10.50 per hour
