To be responsible for the assessment, differential diagnosis and implementation of treatment programmes for the patient/client group.
- To manage and prioritise a designated caseload
- To tailor intervention to the individual patient's needs, circumstances and beliefs
- To provide information and advice for those involved in patient/client care in order to encourage their active participation in care plans.
- To evaluate outcomes and provide written reports as required
- To demonstrate clinical effectiveness by use of evidence based practice and outcome measures

**Requirements**:

- BSc in Speech & Language Therapy
- 1-2 years post experience preferred
- HCPC Registered
- Good communication skills
