Receptionist / Office Administrator

**RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR SERVICED OFFICES IN HENDON, NW4**.
**FULL TIME** MON- FRI POSITION, 830am-530pm, to manage and be responsible for the front desk, administration and the busy business centre with immediate start. Minimum of 3 years office experience with good written and spoken English and good computer skills.,
Duties:
- Manage the front desk and the business centre
- Meet and greet all visitors in a professional manner
- Collect, sign for and distribute all incoming mail as necessary
- Responsible for liaising with management regarding centre maintenance.
- Assist clients generally and keeping log books and records of ay additional service in order for invoices to be raised. Set up meeting room service facilities. Ensure the Meeting Room is clean and tidy after client use.
- Prepare and raise monthly invoices, statements and deal with arrears
- Receive and deal any complaints politely, promptly and effectively and report to management.
- Be responsible for ensuring adequate stock of stationary, cleaning and pantry items and making sure these are always readily available.
**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**
The Receptionist/ office administrator is the face of the Centre and therefore it is important that a professional image is portrayed to clients, visitors and prospective clients alike at all times. He/She will need to be very well presented, approachable, welcoming with a flair of establishing very good working relationships with clients. Previous office experience is essential for this role. Must be able to work autonomously.
Full hand over will be given to the successful applicant.
**Salary**: £22,074.00-£23,740.00 per year
