Our client is a values driven business who employs nearly 100 000 people Globally with production facilities in 18 countries. Their Lanarkshire based site has some amazing opportunities for people from HSE backgrounds who are passionate about driving standards in their areas through collaboration, influencing and the ability to win hearts and minds.

They are building their infrastructure around HSE so that the team can help them move to the next level in Health, Safety and Environmental performance as well as part of the site plans to develop their leaders of the future.

They are looking for a Senior HSE Advisor and an HSE Advisor who will report into the site HSE Manager and will both be focussed in different areas of the plant and different projects but there is opportunities in abundance for people with the passion to make a difference. The systems in place need to be redesigned to suit new ways of working and having the ability to work with the operators to understand their roles and how you can make their job easier and safer will be key. There are lots of exciting projects underway around Health, safety and environmental so there will be lots to work on and your ideas will be most welcome.
