**Job Title**: Export Administrator
**Location**: Merthyr
**Salary**: Negotiable - depending on experience (Full tim and permanent role)

**Hours**: 9.00am-5.30pm (Mon-Thurs.) 9.00am-4.30pm (Fri)
Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently recruiting for a Export Administrator to work for a client of ours based in Merthyr. This will be a full time and permanent position.
Job Purpose:
To manage all exports for the Group trading businesses. Maintaining robust systems and procedures. Booking and managing monthly shipment schedules by courier, road, air and sea.
Preparing all customer documentation, invoices, packing lists, certificates with excellent attention to detail.
**Key Objectives**:

- Responsible for all sea freight, airfreight and road freight exports
- Control of custom entries for exports and imports
- Liaising and negotiating prices with various shipping agents for all exported goods
- Managing monthly shipping schedules and reporting to wider team
- Documentation including EUR1 certificates and certificates of origin, Letters of Credit
- Ensuring shipments are dispatched within deadlines
- Processing invoices
- Filing of all order paperwork and proof of export documentation

**Experience required**:

- You must have previous Export experience
- Ideally 5 years but we are flexible with this
- Well organised
