**Based in Middlewich, one of the leading specialist logistics providers in the UK is looking to boost its maintenance team to accommodate fleet growth and development with a new Mechanic role.**

**Your job**:
As a permanent HGV Mechanic you will work on a unique range of purpose-built equipment from trucks, draw bars and trailers. The focus will be trailers and more specifically, on servicing, general maintenance, axels, brakes and electrical work with the occasional fabrication task.

**Your Pay**:

- £20.00 per hour
- Overtime Saturdays as required at 1.5 times hourly rate

**Your Shift Pattern**
- Monday - Friday (occasional weekends may be required)
- 45hrs per week
- Times of work between 0700-1730 (may differ depending on work load)

**What we need from you**:

- You will probably have your City and Guilds, experience in a related sector, (trucks, agricultural for example), and maybe an HGV licence.
- You will need to have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Full Clean Driving LicenceBrit European have tramping vacancies available for experienced 11 car transporter drivers, based in the Purfleet area.Applicants must have a minimum of one year’s current experience in car transportation and be self-motivated, reliable, flexible and able to communicate with Customers.

**Your job**:

- UK wide car & van delivery
- Permanent position

**Your shift pattern**:

- Monday to Friday
- The role will involve 4 nights away from home

**Your pay**:

- **£50,000+ per annum**:

- Nights Out £26.20 per night
- Meal Allowance £5.00 per shift
- **Quarterly loyalty bonus**

**You will need**:

- HGV Class 1 licence
- Minimum of one year’s current Lohr/ TE Plus 11 or similar experience
- In-date digital tachograph card & DCPC card
- No more than six penalty points. No IN, DD or DR penalty codes
