Overview:
As part of our continuing support to our client, we are seeking to recruit a Change Controller, the position will be on a hybrid working basis, visiting the client’s facility in Belfast.

We are able to offer this position on a contract or permanent basis, the hourly rate/salary is negotiable and will be based on experience, seniority, etc. If working on a contract basis, it has been deemed to be inside IR35.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support for Data management activities, roles required are chair meetings, control data and process data.
- Working closely with data manager taking day to day direction on priorities.
Daily (or as required) meetings reviewing completed work and tasks ahead.

Qualifications:

- Ideally a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or other equivalent qualification

Desired Skills:

- We are looking for a team player with:

- Superior knowledge in Excel & Access database development and maintenance.
- Ms Word, PowerPoint and MSP.
- Must be motivated and keen to learn.

**Experience**:

- Chairing change meetings, validate function approval and expedite modifications approval, review and present requests to review meetings and submit to customer. Use tools set out depending on contract requirements.
- Ensure changes are processed in accordance with the programme requirements and relevant approvals, as per client's methodology and processes.
- Excel workbooks, ICMS, SAP
Opentext - Eroom, GPLM, Windchill.
- Awareness of Engineering procedures & Standard reports.
