**What You’ll Do**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests, providing knowledgeable and personalised assistance.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, creating a welcoming environment.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as processing payments and managing reservations, with attention to detail and accuracy.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A passion for hospitality and a knack for creating memorable experiences that leave gusts smiling from ear-to-ear.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise task effectively.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance that reflects our hotel’s style.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required
- we’re more interested in your passion and potential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekend and holidays
