We are seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our team. Your role would be to help our customers understand our vehicles, covering all technical aspects and having the ability to present to our customers in an easy to understand way.

**Joining our team as a Customer Experience Advisor, we will show you how to**:

- Demonstrate the features and benefits of vehicles, finance and value added products to customers.
- Prepare the showroom and cars for the day ahead
- Organise and accompany customers on test drives
- Assist with marketing activities such as social media content creation and physical on site events
- Educate other team members with latest developments in the industry while keeping your own technical know-how up to date.

**The ideal Customer Experience Advisor will**:

- Be a good listener and enjoy talking to people and making them smile
