**Hours of Work**

Monday to Friday, between 7am and 5pm plus every other Saturday from 8am to 12pm

**What will I be doing in the role?**

Our **Sales Advisor** is one of our most important roles in the business. A great **Sales Advisor**will help keep our business running smoothly, and continue to build and develop customer relationships and sales opportunities. To support the business, you will;
- Maximise customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling relevant products offering specific product advice
- Realise full potential of all customer interactions and build strong, effective relationships with customers and suppliers, managing feedback accordingly
- Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion
- Support the team in branch to ensure the best experience for all visitors
- Maintain stock levels across the shop floor, keeping health and safety in mind at all times
