**Job Details**
A new opportunity has arisen within the Finance department focussing on Accounts payable, Accounts receivable and employee expenses based at Winsford.**Key responsibilities**

**What will this role involve?**
- Credit control process including the processing of invoices and receipts.
- Process and reconcile bank statements.
- Process invoices accurately and in accordance with agreed procedures and timescales.
- Match invoices against purchase orders and obtain approval for invoices where there are price/quality discrepancies, or no purchase order exists.
- Reconcile supplier statements ensuring the Company remains compliant with Supplier payment terms and liaise with suppliers, purchasing and employees to resolve queries.
- Ensure new suppliers are set up as required and in a timely manner.
- Process payments in accordance with agreed procedures and timescales.
- Undertake routine administrative support procedures such as filing of invoices.
- Process employee credit cards and personal expenses.

**What we're looking for?**
- Extensive purchase and sales ledger experience.
- Experience in an international finance environment.
- Strong numeracy and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- The ability to work with mínimal supervision and to a deadline.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to use computer software packages - Oracle would be an advantage.
