CNC Router

Adept are pleased to be working with a manufacturing company based in Rotherham; they are looking for a CNC Router to join their team.

As a CNC Router Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, contributing to the production of high-quality products. You will be responsible for operating and programming CNC routers using CAD CAM/Alpha CAM software to ensure precision and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC routers to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAD CAM/Alpha CAM software.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to interpret technical drawings and translate them into CNC programs.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC routers and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.
- Ensure the highest quality standards are met by conducting thorough inspections of finished products.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Router Operator with expertise in CAD CAM/Alpha CAM programming.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations, tooling, and materials.
- Familiarity with CAD CAM/Alpha CAM software for program creation and optimization.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC routers with CAD CAM/Alpha CAM programming.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
