- Supervise and manage front of house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses

- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house, including seating arrangements, reservations, and waitlist management
- Train and develop staff on service standards, food safety protocols, and company policies

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination between front and back of house
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies weekly ordering of drinks and bar supplies
