**Call Centre Advisors - Office Hours - No Weekends**

**Location**:Sheffield, excellent public transport links

**Salary**:£19,760 with plus monthly bonuses (£200-£600 average)

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm. No weekends

*The top performers on this team are regularly earning between £2000 - £2500 per month in bonus alone, on top of their salary*

**Role Info**:
Working on behalf of a leading TV and broadband provider, your role will involve speaking to new customers about TV, broadband and mobile packages to suit their needs.

You’ll also be conducting account reviews with existing customers and offering deals and discounts on additional services.

**Things we’d like you to have**:

- Great spoken and written communication
- Motivation and determination to achieve weekly targets
- A friendly and polite telephone manner
- The ability to build rapport with customers from a variety of backgrounds
- Previous customer service experience - whether gained in a contact centre, retail, hospitality or any other industry
- A positive attitude
