We are looking for an **Early Years Vocational Trainer** to join a fantastic training company in the **North and East of Yorkshire**, who are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and complying with all statutory legislative requirements and guidance.

You will be joining a team of 13 trainers covering the Yorkshire area. Everyone is **Remote-based**, and you will travel to sites throughout your region to assess learners (usually between 2-3 days per week depending on schedules) Core hours are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch, 40 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**
- Coaching and supporting your apprentices throughout their course, shaping their learning experience, and providing support and guidance
- Carrying out enrolments and initial assessments with your learners to identify their learning needs
- Delivering a blend of virtual and face-to-face sessions with your apprentices and employers. This will include travel to employer sites and workplaces throughout your region
- Progressing learners through their qualifications through observation, work product, written evidence, professional discussions, and other methods
- Ensuring all regulatory and financial information is accurate and maintained for each apprentice
- Acting as an ambassador for the Company, marketing the organisation to employers and connections in your local area

**Requirements**:

- Ideally a Level 5 qualification as well as a minimum of 3 years experience at a Manager or Deputy Manager level within a nursery environment
- Administration plays a large part in the role so good computer literacy is a must
- A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role
- This role requires an Enhanced DBS check.
