Arleigh Group are the UK’s leading aftermarket distributor of parts and accessories to the static & touring caravan, motorhome and marine sectors, the group comprises of 5 brands, Arleigh, suppliers to the caravan, lodge & holiday home industry, Nova Leisure, trade supplies to the motorhome and specialist vehicle markets, ASAP Supplies, Aquafax and Midland Chandlers, suppliers to both the inland and offshore marine markets.
- Liaising with customers and processing returns and warranty claims by making commercial decisions, including the inspection and replacement of product.
- Accurately assessing products to determine faults and coding items correctly.
- Processing returns and warranty claims through our system, giving clear traceability at all times. Ensuring all paperwork and goods received match before processing, checking for POD's and order numbers.
- Ensuring all stock is in new condition, correctly repackaged and bar-coded for resale.
- Investigating unauthorised returns and updating notes on our returns system.
- Authorising customer return requests. Arranging collections and dispatching parcels using our courier services and informing customers of collection and delivery dates.
- Learning about our customer base and understand the different needs and priorities in order to deliver a high-quality service.
- Liaise with internal Customer Service / Warehouse team and other departments on customer relating issues ensuring excellent communication is established and quick resolution delivered.
- Raising RMA’s and credit notes
- Provide cover to other departments undertaking all related duties.

- IT Skills - Microsoft Packages. Knowledge of Babbage and Zendesk or (similar ticketing solution system would be advantageous but not essential).
- Willingness to learn in areas where knowledge needs improvement and where additional training will be necessary.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
