Roofer/laborer

**Job description**

Due to further contract awards we are looking for additional teams to start ASAP.

Ramora Facilities Support Ltd are looking to recruit a hard working, multi skilled, external cleaning operative and roofer's labourer to join our expanding team. Do not miss this opportunity to join a growing company that rewards staff with bonus incentives.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**The Role**
- Initially this will involve working predominantly in Glasgow delivering gutter cleaning and maintenance solutions in residential properties
- Working as a roofers labourer on Gutter and Roof Repair jobs
- Using a SkyVac and survey camera to clear gutters and drains
- Working at height using MEWPs and Cherry Pickers and PASMA
- Capturing and saving accurate before and after images of works

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Driving licence (towing preferable)
- Previous water jetting experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- IPAF and PASMA preferable
- CSCS card preferable
- Willingness to work away from home
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work to high standards of Health and Safety

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Gutter repairs: 1 year (preferred)
- Pasma: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
