Flt Reach

The Best Connection (Newcastle) are currently recruiting for a **Counter Balance & Reach FLT Operative** to work for our client based in Hexham, Northumberland. Our client is one of the UK's largest distributors of agricultural products, tools, machinery and workwear. The role is temporary cover required during their busy season.

**The role**:

- Operating Counter Balance and Reach FLT to perform standard warehouse tasks
- Loading and unloading vehicles, picking stock and general house keeping
- Manual handling activities such as (but not limited to) pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying will be required
- Navigating through small spaces and tight areas
- Abide to company Health and Safety policies
- Valid and in date Counter Balance FLT licence (not in-house) is essential
- Valid and in date Reach FLT licence (not in-house) is an advantage
- Must have FLT experience in a warehouse environment
- Physically fit as the role will involve manual handling
- Able to work under own initiative or part of a team

**Hours of work**:

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am to 17:00pm
- 40 hours per week
- Possible overtime on Saturday

**Pay Rate**:

- £12.50 per hour Monday to Friday
- £17.16 per hour on Saturday
