Our 12 week Summer Internships, based in Aberdeen, are a great opportunity to get a taste for working at TotalEnergies and get hands on experience within your field of interest. The programme’s design is multifaceted, ensuring that you receive the opportunities and support needed to develop on a personal and professional level. These include learning workshops, networking opportunities, training sessions and if operationally viable, a site visit.-

As a TotalEnergies Intern, you will be joining our Exploration & Production Branch to help play a part in our journey to net zero.

**THE POSITION**

The HR Shared Service (HRSS) team provides generalist HR support to the wider HR function and business. Working as an intern in the HRSS Team provides an opportunity to build awareness and knowledge of the fundamentals of HR which is key for starting a career in HR. You will have the opportunity to get involved in current HR projects as well as exposure to a variety of generalist activities, including:

- Supporting employees and managers with HR queries.
- Maintaining HR Systems and utilising these to provide reports and data analysis
- Review of policies & procedures
- Onboarding new employees

- In their penultimate year of their undergraduate degree (graduating in 2024) Studying HR Management or similar.
- Available to work in our Westhill office, situated just outside Aberdeen, during the summer months (June to end of August)
